Delete pages from a PDF

Remove unnecessary pages from a PDF and keep only what matters, all locally without upload.

Why delete pages from a PDF?

Deleting pages removes unnecessary pages from a document: blank pages, superfluous appendices, or sensitive information you don’t want to share. The result is a lighter, more relevant PDF.

Document Flare performs this operation locally. Your file is not sent over the internet, and the source PDF is not modified: a new file is created.

How to delete pages with Document Flare

  1. Open the “Delete pages” tool.
  2. Select your PDF.
  3. Indicate the pages to delete, for example “2, 5-7”.
  4. Run the operation. Processing is local.
  5. Download the new PDF without the deleted pages.

Difference from extraction

Extraction keeps the indicated pages. Deletion removes the indicated pages and keeps the rest. Both create a new file without modifying the original.
