Why delete pages from a PDF?
Deleting pages removes unnecessary pages from a document: blank pages, superfluous appendices, or sensitive information you don’t want to share. The result is a lighter, more relevant PDF.
Document Flare performs this operation locally. Your file is not sent over the internet, and the source PDF is not modified: a new file is created.
How to delete pages with Document Flare
- Open the “Delete pages” tool.
- Select your PDF.
- Indicate the pages to delete, for example “2, 5-7”.
- Run the operation. Processing is local.
- Download the new PDF without the deleted pages.
Difference from extraction
Extraction keeps the indicated pages. Deletion removes the indicated pages and keeps the rest. Both create a new file without modifying the original.
