Why modify PDF metadata?
PDF metadata contains the title, author, subject, keywords, and creation date. It’s visible in PDF readers and indexed by search engines. Correct metadata improves SEO and document organization.
Document Flare modifies metadata locally. The PDF content is not modified, only the metadata header is rewritten.
How to modify metadata with Document Flare
Open the PDF editor.
Select your PDF.
Open the Metadata panel.
Modify the fields: title, author, subject, keywords.
