Why edit a PDF locally?

Editing a PDF means adding text, annotations, signatures, watermarks, or modifying metadata. Most online editors send your file to their servers, posing a privacy risk. Document Flare edits your PDFs locally, in your browser.

Document Flare’s editor offers several tools: text addition, freehand drawing, shapes (rectangle, arrow), highlighting, signature, watermark, metadata, Bates numbering, and bookmarks.

How to edit a PDF with Document Flare

1. Open the PDF editor from the tools workspace.
2. Select your PDF. Pages are rendered locally.
3. Choose a tool from the annotation bar: text, drawing, shape, highlight.
4. Apply your modifications to the pages. You can move and resize each element.
5. Download the flattened PDF. Annotations are permanently integrated.
