Why add a watermark to a PDF?
A watermark is text or an image overlaid on PDF pages to indicate status: CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, COPY, or to protect intellectual property. It’s visual protection against unauthorized reproduction.
Document Flare adds watermarks locally. Your PDF is not sent over the internet.
